*As a condition to acceptance of this application and participation in any workshop, EACH applicant must sign the following statement (parent/legal guardian must sign for each child).
Basis of Rates: All prices and fares are quoted in U.S. dollars. The rates are based on current tariffs and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. While we will do everything possible to maintain the listed prices, if it is necessary to levy a surcharge, we reserve the right to do so, and notification will be given at the time of final invoicing.
Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds: A $1000 deposit is required to hold your spot in any Photography Workshop. A second payment of 50% and the remaining balance will be due on designated dates. Payments may be made by check, bank transfer, or Zelle. Your reservation may be canceled if full payment has not been received by 60 days prior to departure. For reservations made within 60 days of the departure date, full payment is required when the reservation is accepted. All cancellation notices must be received in writing and will become effective as of the date of the postmark. Per-person charges for cancellations that occur less than 120 days prior to departure are as follows: 91-120 days prior to departure: 60% of the workshop cost; 45-90 days prior to departure: 70% of the workshop cost; 44 or fewer days prior to departure: 100% of the workshop cost. Leaving a workshop in progress, for any reason whatsoever, will not result in a refund, and no refunds will be made for any unused portions of a workshop. We reserve the right to cancel any workshop because of inadequate enrollment that makes the workshop economically infeasible to operate or because of good-faith concerns with respect to the safety, health, or welfare of the participants. If a workshop is canceled prior to departure, Fancy Girl Street Boy Productions will provide you with a full refund of monies paid; except in the event that the cancellation is due to a significant event (Force Majeure*) that makes it infeasible to operate the workshop as planned, in which case, we will provide you with a refund and/or credit toward a future Fancy Girl Street Boy workshop equivalent to monies paid- minus any costs that FGSB has already incurred and is unable to get back.
*Force Majeure: FGSB is not responsible if they cannot fulfill their obligations resulting from the contracts in cases of fire, earthquake, volcano, epidemic diseases announced by WHO, quarantines, cyclone, flood, aridity, strike, lightning, war in the country, revolution, civil war, civil unrest, terrorist activities and similar troubles, blockade, embargo, confiscation and expropriation, and in other cases defined as Force Majeure by the laws and regulations. FGSB cannot be held responsible to fulfill any one of its obligations or if a delay occurs in fulfilling its obligations due to any reason or situation beyond its will power and control due to the general instructions of any relevant official institution, municipality or another office, the provisions of the laws, regulations and statute, the instructions which will be given by the authorized officials, extraordinary situations, Force Majeure. If we cancel the workshop in progress, you will receive a prorated refund based on the number of days not completed on the workshop. We will not be responsible for any refund for nonrefundable airline tickets or for any airline tickets purchased by the passenger directly from an airline or travel agent. If you decide to participate in any activity or excursion that is not arranged or led by us, we shall not have any responsibility for or control over your safety or well-being, which will be solely your responsibility. We strongly recommend you purchase Travel Insurance and read the policy carefully, especially the exclusions and cancellation requirements. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you are responsible for any medical expenses, any medical evacuation costs, and any other costs arising during your travel.
Itinerary Changes: The itineraries and staff presented in this brochure are subject to modification and change by Fancy Girl Street Boy Productions. Every reasonable effort will be made to operate programs as planned, but alterations may still occur after final itineraries are sent.
Health Requirements: You must be in good physical and mental health. Any physical condition, diet, or treatment requiring special attention must be reported in writing when the reservation is made.
Allergies and Special Dietary Requests: During the workshop, meals are prepared based on the availability of ingredients in each destination. Please keep in mind specific meal requests may not be available at every stop. Further, please be advised that food and beverage locations are not owned or operated by us. For food and beverage offerings arranged by us, we use reasonable efforts to communicate special dietary requests to the locations and, for pre-packaged retail food and beverage, we rely on supplier/manufacturer ingredient labels. Please contact us so you can make an informed choice because food preparation processes and menus vary by location. You are responsible for deciding whether any particular offering meets your requirements. We cannot guarantee that any offering is completely free of allergens.
Photography: We reserve the right to take photographs or videos during the operation of any workshop or part thereof and to use the resulting photography, videos, or recordings for promotional or commercial use. By taking this workshop, the participant agrees to allow his/her likeness to be used by Fancy Girl Street Boy Productions without compensation to the participant. If the participant prefers that his/her likeness not be used, he/she must notify us in writing prior to the workshop. Copyright in all photographs, video, and related materials created by the participant ("Workshop Materials") shall belong to the participant upon creation.
Responsibility: You are advised to carefully read the details of your selected itinerary before booking a Workshop to understand the activity level and requirements, including the list of Activities. Certain itineraries may not be suitable for all Participants, including Participants with disabilities, due to terrain/local conditions, the nature of the Activities, or otherwise. While we do everything we can to make our Workshops accessible, our staff may not be able to physically assist Participants who need or may need assistance during the Workshop or with respect to any Activity. All Participants are strongly encouraged to consult with their personal physician before booking a reservation. Please contact us about specific itineraries or Activities. By registering for a Fancy Girl Street Boy Workshop, the Participant certifies that he/she/they does/do not have any mental, physical, or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for him/herself or other Participants. Fancy Girl Street Boy Productions reserves the right in their sole discretion to accept, decline to accept, or remove any Participant in a workshop. Fancy Girl Street Boy Productions reserves the right, without penalty, to make changes in the published itinerary whenever, in their judgment, conditions warrant or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of Participants. Neither Fancy Girl Street Boy Productions nor their staff shall be liable for any air carrier's cancellation penalty incurred by the purchase of a nonrefundable ticket to or from the participant's departure city. Baggage and personal effects are at all times the sole responsibility of the participant. You are solely responsible for obtaining any documents required for your participation on the Workshop such as a valid passport, all visas, vaccination certificates, and any other documents which may be required by your itinerary or as required for traveling with minors, and complying with any destination specific requirements or restrictions.
