Fancy Girl Street Boy Productions (FGSB) launched with a bang in December 2004. With offices opening in both New York City and Santiago, Fancy Girl Street Boy Productions has been able to service clients in North and South America. They have shot documentary pieces and editorial essays for magazines such as CARAS, InLAN, Que Pasa, Manhattan Living as well as portraits for Internationally known actors, Emmy Award winning directors, Broadway performers and high profile business people.
One month after their inception, Fancy Girl Street Boy Productions was featured in Chilean Elle on their ‘Must Watch List’. They had their first gallery show at the prestigious SoHo House in New York City that same January.
In October of 2005, in association with the world-renowned Julie Saul Gallery in New York, FGSB was the producer of a major benefit for Kids With Cameras, a non-profit organization stemming from the 2004 Academy Award-winning documentary, Born into Brothels.
Both Liza and Ari were contributing artists to the event.
They also produced Project: Headshot for Statement Arts, a not for profit that believes in the power of Art to inspire social and environmental awareness to further a legacy of responsible global citizenship.
In 2009, they are scheduled to produce ‘I’m An American’, a documentary that chronicles the lives of 15 NYC children, all from different cultures and different backgrounds, bringing them together, through the magic of photography and empowering them through art.
